No its not just you i'm also getting it as well for the past few hours. Pretty sure the server is down.

well yeah we had an issue with RTP generating chunks in such a rapid succession due to it not having a cooldown. this overloaded the server and for some reason the server never restarded itself.
Our apologies and it won't happen again as we now have a timer on random tp sorry guys! thanks for your patience.
