You have claimed a plot from another player, so when that player came online it couldnt even reach its own stuff and you took items from their chests.

griefing on mutiple accounts again, mioxa warned you not to claim other's stuff, which you did anyways disregarding something said by staff and you took items from someone else, a behaviour we do not allow on our grief/raiding-free server.

Woops. my reply didnt come on. What I was saying was I was just trying to keep her stuff there and not greifed by others. and I ASKED Mioxa if I could save it for her. I asked her if I could take my food back. and she said SURE. Then I said I felt really bad for it and she didnt reply.. Man I dont think I wanna stick around and donate anymore if I'm just gonna get jailed for trying to help a friend out.

you did indeed ask, and she said no you cannot, this little situation prevented her from playing and disturbed me during work hours. other than that, you eat diamond swords and iron ingots? interesting.

I did say you could take back your food, however you werent allowed to claim it and I told you before also with someones else his claim. You cannot claim it for other people. But you still took more out of that chest than your food, explain that?

It was my diamond sword that I said she could borrow. #1. and #2 I gave her the iron for tools, then I asked for the iron back since I gave her tools. then she disconnected. Its funny how when I help people to try to hook them onto the server. I get in trouble.

If she was here she would be fully supportive of my case. You guys crack the whip before getting both sides of the story and collecting what is needed to solve the issue.

when you GIVE items, that gives you in no way the right to play for your own judge and take it back. If they disconnect,you have to wait for them to come online and decide if they givve it to you or not.

It was like 13 pieces. We were in the understanding she QUIT. Who unclaims their stuff and leaves? Its not right to jail me for a small issue of 13 iron and diamond sword. At least let me know beforehand that way I can explain my case.

the rules of the server include to not take anything from other players in any case. Don't think we know only parts of the situation, we have more than sufficient waays to find out the exact circumstances and this situation has been discussed amongst staff. the punishment you received is very lenient considering the general opinion on this situation.
Please read the rules again as far as you still didn't understand what is or isn't allowed and try to not break the rules again.
