2 ideas spawners and minigames

1 ) I'd like to fix some grammers here, not to be rude, but to make it more sense since we kind of planned the first part together. We'd like to have a chance of getting a spawner by using a tnt to blow up the spawner and having a chance to get the spawner, like 1 out of 1000.
2 ) We'd like the server staffs' to make mini games like parkour or skywars. Skyblock is just another gamemode. The reason why we'd like to do this is because some people get bored.
