Me and Yalinni would like to suggest the plugin McMMO for the server.
I don't know if you're familiar with it, but it gives 'levels' for certain things like woodcutting, fishing, mining, etc. It will eventually give slight bonuses.
You can see the top players that have the most levels over everything or just one certain skill. So if you're competitive you can try and be the best, it also gives you a purpose if you're bored and don't really know what to do.
Anyway, we think that it would be a fun addition to the server.
